Chrystal joined Kieffer Design Group in August 2016 as a Procurement Associate, now, as the VP of Procurement & Operations, she is involved in all aspects of the business, from business development to Hospitality/Multi-Family specific project execution. With more than 20 years of Procurement experience in Hospitality FF&E & OS&E, Multi-Family, Commercial, and High-end Residential, she has a strong focus on managing budgets and timelines. Her strong passion for design and architecture, along with her organizational skills, close attention to details, strong communication and problem-solving skills, has helped her build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Aside from being passionate about her career, she is highly motivated and believes that you can achieve anything if you’re adaptable and work hard. Chrystal graduated from The Art Institute of Seattle with an Interior Design Degree, which helps immensely when collaborating closely with the design team in order to execute a project efficiently and effectively.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their twins, as well as, designing and remodeling their house and making a home for her family. When she does find time, she also enjoys cooking, gardening, and reading.
