Inspired by the great outdoors and cold winters, the Best Western lobby in Rawlins, Wyoming provides a comfortable and homey escape from the weather outside.
The lobby exudes an outdoorsy aura through its use of stone fireplaces, and leather and fabric furniture with touches of cowhide. Black and white photographs of murals and landscape collections taken by a local photographer can be seen all around the lobby, adding to the earthy ambiance. The wood floors of the lobby are a warm-tone, textured plank style that add durability and safety.
For the purpose of comfort and increased interest, the bar was completely renovated, also making it more efficient for staffing. The bar establishes a western feel through the placement of antique cowboy movie and magazine poster images that set the art collection in motion. To add to the cozy setting of the bar, a double-sided fireplace was added, as well as unique banquette benches with custom metal cocktail tables and swivel club chairs.
